How much does a bespoke system cost?
We quote from the size of the job, how complex it is, and how long it will take. You get a fixed quote, including GST, after the discovery visit and before any work starts. It is usually a fraction of a typical bespoke build, because your team logs into a platform that is already running, and we shape it around your work. After that, the platform is NZ$50 per seat per month, incl. GST.
How long does a build take?
A basic system can be ready in about a week. A more advanced one can take a couple of weeks. Once it's installed, it's up and running, and we stay with it.
What kinds of software can you build?
Simple software that tracks things: CRMs, job tracking, bookings, inventory, member registers, quoting, documentation and dashboards. The platform already has the building blocks for those, so an app made from them goes up very quickly. If you need something the blocks don't cover yet, we can add it to the platform over time, or build it now as extra bespoke work if it's urgent or you want it in the quote.
Who owns what's built?
Your data is yours, and the apps in your workspace are yours to change: ask the built-in AI, connect Claude or another agent, build on them yourself, or ask us.
Why not use Claude?
You can. The advantage is the engine and the hosting, not the AI. Connect Claude or the built-in builder and the app is live for your team straight away. On your own, Claude still has to get the whole stack right, and you still have to deploy it.
Can my team use it on their phones?
Yes. Thogits works in the browser on laptops and phones, and changes appear on every device as they happen.
